Very good management. I came across a young lady I believe her name was Kevana, she was so sweet and understanding. She gave me one of the best tours I’ve experienced. I have lived here for four years and moved here from the east coast. This is the best apartment complex in Ogden. The apartments are spacious and designed for modern living. There is a gym in the building along with designated indoor parking (which is great for winter and summer) and fast WiFi. The location is amazing and walking distance to all the restaurants and offerings of downtown Ogden. The current management team is helpful and always ready to answer questions with a smile. There are fun seasonal events hosted for the residents including a recent Pie event for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend Towerview as your next home!

I’ve lived here at Tower View since April and have loved it since! We have a two bedroom and it’s like having two masters, each have their own bathroom! And a balcony! The indoor parking garage is the BEST! You never have to clean snow/ice off your car and it’s protected from vandals/theft. They offer a pet grooming station for any pet families! Salon quality equipment without having to pay! They have an included gym room and commons area. The windows look right out onto Washington Blvd and The Junction, parade times are great as you have the best view! There is a courtyard that offers bathrooms, a jacuzzi and barbecues. A specific mail area and room for packages that stays locked for protection. A short walk across the street from Downtown Ogden and The Junction. Plenty of activities and food within walking distance, such as Slackwater or the Weber County Library. In full view of the Ogden LDS Temple. Maintenance is on site. Last but not least, the office ladies are AMAZING. Always helpful and there to listen (even over call or text). The perfect community for anyone looking for a new home!

I have lived at Tower View since last December and it is a great place to live! I love being close to downtown and I enjoy walking to restaurants and bars. It’s also only a few minutes away from popular hiking trails. The building is quiet and clean and the management team takes care of issues and concerns as soon as they’re brought up. I intend to renew my lease for another year!

Tons of attractions in nearby downtown Ogden, plenty of local businesses to support and places to eat to keep you busy. Management always exceeds expectations to provide a friendly apartment community for pets, and tenants. Maintenance has been there anytime of day to help. Having a gym, and indoor/outdoor lounge area helps when you wanna stay active and socialize, indoor parking keeps you and your car warm, and the hot tub is always a bonus!

Let’s be honest, this place isn’t cheap. You do have to pay a lot of money on top of rent. I have been living here for over year. But the location is wonderful. There are many places you can just walk to. You never need to find parking to go to the farmers market, theater, and a bunch of good restaurants. Last year when the old managers were in charged, there were a lot of problems, fire alarms went off quite often in the past. It has been pretty good so far. Kevana was super nice and helpful all the time.

I love living at Tower View. The amenities are convenience’s you didn’t know you needed, like trash valet… I put my trash in the hall in the evening and someone picks it up. I’ve also enjoyed using the courtyard with the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grills. it’s a great outdoor space in the heart of Ogden. The social room with its wall of windows and rooftop terrace over looking Washington Blvd. put this place over the top. The workout room has up to date equipment and also looks out over Washington with a wall of windows. Now that it’s winter I’m truly enjoying my heated garage parking space. Maintenance issues are far and few, but when they have happened they’ve been handled very promptly and courteously. The office staff are very friendly and easy to work with.

Overall I like living here. I have a 2 bed 2 bath and have a roommate. I'm paying about $900 a month for my part. It's a little pricey for what you get but I love the location. The maintenance guy is awesome and willing to help and get things done. Every time I put in a ticket for a repair he is there the next day. I'm leaving 4 stars because of the price and one other thing: I was going to move out and they require a 2 month notice which is fine. I gave them more than a two month notice and decided to stay and let them know that as well before the 2 months. They said I would be taken off the move out list. 2 months go by and I get a text saying that my move out day is today and I needed to drop the keys off. I was so confused and frustrated. I go and talk to the office and we were able to sign a new contract that day. They didn't tell my autopay was going to be taken off so a few days later I get a late fee for around $170. This shouldn't have even happened at all. I went down and talked to the office staff and she said she would reach out to corporate to see if there was anything they could do to fix their mistake. I never heard back and still had to pay the late fee.

I’ve only lived here since June, but so far it has been amazing. I love being close to downtown Ogden and being within walking distance of a lot of places! The apartments are well designed and the community areas are clean and well kept. Having a parking garage is also really nice and you don’t have to wait for your car to warm up. Management is super helpful and is always willing to ask questions. With the things I’ve asked for help with, it’s only ever taken a few days for it to get done. It is safe, clean, and accessible. Truly a great place to live!

There’s so many amazing accommodations like the covered parking garage and hot tub. We have gone out and enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. I've appreciated past managers' efforts, but no one seems to have gotten the traction necessary to get things done until this duo came along. They tell the truth about options, and give realistic time-lines for work to be completed, even if they are longer than normal. They tell you the truth about it, either way.

Great apartments and great location. We have been here for a year and a half and moved from the east coast. We love Ogden and love being downtown. Our apts are literally in the center of everything and it’s so easy to walk, bike or grab a scooter. The management team had been on a rotation for a bit but we finally have a great staff that is here to stay 🙏 and doing a great job. I would definitely recommend living here. I also love the hot tub area with grills and the covered parking. It’s definitely nice in the winter to get into a warm car and in the summer to get into a cool car. Oh and the gym and common area is pretty nice to have as well.

The apartments are really nice and all the amenities are amazing and the building is really secure we really enjoy living here. The only thing that has been frustrating is that they give you the bare minimum notice for entering your apartment of 24 hours there have been a couple of occasions now where we come home and there is a note saying someone will be entering the apartment the next day and they also never leave exact times they just give you a broad time of the day when someone might be entering. So overall the apartment themselves are great but the communication is only so so.

I needed a place to stay ASAP in early 2019; the manager at the time Drew, and his leasing agent at the time Deseree, were extremely helpful and got me in pretty quick without any issues. Maintenance issues were fixed relatively fast, the only big issues I can remember was my kitchen GFCI and an issue with my disposal and those were promptly handled. Some people on here complain about 'hidden fees'. Every fee is stated in the lease, if you give your 60 day notice and don't leave your apartment wrecked then you aren't going to have any issues when you leave. Pay your rent on time, be respectful and considerate to your fellow tenants, and give the proper notice as stated in your lease and you will have ZERO issues here.

Overall a nice building with good management. The units and common areas are well kept. Building management is friendly and responsive to any issues. The indoor heated garage is a huge plus in the winter. The building location is great with it being basically in the center of Ogden. After living here over a year, my only complaint is that some of the services and amenities (e.g. media package, parking, trash service, common area maintenance) add up to be a bit pricey. But overall, I enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking to move to Ogden.

My favorite part about this apartment is the location. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, fat cats, etc. It has a gym, and cute rooftop location to hang out in. However I wish the hot tub worked... :( My only complaint is the storage for my one bed room apartment. You know how girls are with their clothes! My boyfriend and I have had to get creative to make space. But the storage would be great for a person with a minimalist lifestyle.

Nice spot in the heart of Downtown Ogden, I have never had any problem with noise or neighbors. The Admin does a good job of vetting everyone of the tenets here. Deseree has always been very polite, personable and overall helpful. Know what your signing up for, read the terms of conditions/fee agreements of you contract. The maintenance team does a decent job. My only complaints are the frequency of which the admin enters your apartment for maintenance/inspections. They will notify you, but you will not have the option to opt out. Other then that I enjoyed my stay as a tenet at Tower view.

First off, fantastic staff. Desiree is amazing, professional and helpful whenever something is needed. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Neighbors are wonderful. It is so quiet. We love the secured parking and the fact that you cannot access the building unless you are a tenant. This security is so comforting. It is a little expensive, but well worth it for all the amenities. Plus, it is dog friendly!!

We've lived here a little over a year and absolutely love it. We just renewed our lease a few months ago. The staff is great. The leasing office crew are friendly, good communicators, and go out of their way to help, from texting when we have package deliveries to letting us into our home one night about 11pm after we drove home from Ohio and left our keys locked in the glovebox of a rental truck... Maintenance is always very responsive and we've never had a problem getting things fixed. The fitness center on site has good equipment that is well maintained and kept up to date. The heated parking garage is a real blessing in the winter. All in all, we love living here.

I Just helped Move my Son in this weekend. EVERYONE Was supper helpful and Nice. Cant wait to go back and visit him. Only negative is the staff didnt offer to help unload the truck. Smart people. lol

I feel in love with the place at first sight but the only problem is that my roommate didn't make enough money, and he was switching jobs. On to of that i didn't start any credit/no credit, so i we ended up getting an apartment at the view on 20th, got a 2 bed 1 bath for under 1000. In addition, the view is near my roommates work; he now works at toco bell, just down the street. Tower view is everything I wanted, bigger space, modern living, luxury, nice scenery. I ended up requesting my money order back. All I needed was to send in my pay stubs, canceling.
