The front desk gal with long nails is absolutely fire. I see why you hired her to be the one to talk to people. Also the maintenance guy was super helpful and nice as well. Wish I delivered there more often.

I have lived here for four years and moved here from the east coast. This is the best apartment complex in Ogden. The apartments are spacious and designed for modern living. There is a gym in the building along with designated indoor parking (which is great for winter and summer) and fast WiFi. The location is amazing and walking distance to all the restaurants and offerings of downtown Ogden. The current management team is helpful and always ready to answer questions with a smile. There are fun seasonal events hosted for the residents including a recent Pie event for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend Towerview as your next home!

I’ve lived here at Tower View since April and have loved it since! We have a two bedroom and it’s like having two masters, each have their own bathroom! And a balcony! The indoor parking garage is the BEST! You never have to clean snow/ice off your car and it’s protected from vandals/theft. They offer a pet grooming station for any pet families! Salon quality equipment without having to pay! They have an included gym room and commons area. The windows look right out onto Washington Blvd and The Junction, parade times are great as you have the best view! There is a courtyard that offers bathrooms, a jacuzzi and barbecues. A specific mail area and room for packages that stays locked for protection. A short walk across the street from Downtown Ogden and The Junction. Plenty of activities and food within walking distance, such as Slackwater or the Weber County Library. In full view of the Ogden LDS Temple. Maintenance is on site. Last but not least, the office ladies are AMAZING. Always helpful and there to listen (even over call or text). The perfect community for anyone looking for a new home!

I have lived at Tower View since last December and it is a great place to live! I love being close to downtown and I enjoy walking to restaurants and bars. It’s also only a few minutes away from popular hiking trails. The building is quiet and clean and the management team takes care of issues and concerns as soon as they’re brought up. I intend to renew my lease for another year!

This has been a great place to live. Kevana and the management team has been amazing and responsive and so nice to work with. The apartments are well cared for. Ed is great at keeping everything in tip top shape. It’s quiet and the walls are good at not transmitting sound.The location can’t be beat!

Tons of attractions in nearby downtown Ogden, plenty of local businesses to support and places to eat to keep you busy. Management always exceeds expectations to provide a friendly apartment community for pets, and tenants. Maintenance has been there anytime of day to help. Having a gym, and indoor/outdoor lounge area helps when you wanna stay active and socialize, indoor parking keeps you and your car warm, and the hot tub is always a bonus!
