Briana and Kevana are more help than any of the Managers of the past. I've appreciated past managers' efforts, but no one seems to have gotten the traction necessary to get things done until this duo came along. They tell the truth about options, and give realistic time-lines for work to be completed, even if they are longer than normal. They tell you the truth about it, either way.

Great apartments and great location. We have been here for a year and a half and moved from the east coast. We love Ogden and love being downtown. Our apts are literally in the center of everything and it’s so easy to walk, bike or grab a scooter. The management team had been on a rotation for a bit but we finally have a great staff that is here to stay 🙏 and doing a great job. I would definitely recommend living here. I also love the hot tub area with grills and the covered parking. It’s definitely nice in the winter to get into a warm car and in the summer to get into a cool car. Oh and the gym and common area is pretty nice to have as well.

The apartments are really nice and all the amenities are amazing and the building is really secure we really enjoy living here. The only thing that has been frustrating is that they give you the bare minimum notice for entering your apartment of 24 hours there have been a couple of occasions now where we come home and there is a note saying someone will be entering the apartment the next day and they also never leave exact times they just give you a broad time of the day when someone might be entering. So overall the apartment themselves are great but the communication is only so so.
